Knowlege: Administrative procedures relating to an office, Filling and retrieval of docments, ability to operate fax machine and a photocopier, Data capturing. Skills: Planning and Organizing. Communication, computer literacy. Behavioural Attributes: Assertive, ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to work under pressure.
DUTIES: Render administration support srevices for the sub-directorate, control the movement of documemts and files in the sub-directorate, Provide supply chian management support in the sub diretorate, render human resources support services for the sub-directorate.
